How do I use the BADA retailer locator function on my iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch?
The retail locator service uses a Flash based UK regions map to narrow down your search criteria. Because it is designed in Flash, it will not work on the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. However, the Members listing page, which can be searched by Name, Region and County is powered by Google Maps and will work on iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. Follow these instructions:
  • Using your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch visit www.bada.co.uk
  • Select Members from the top menu
  • Click the + sysmbol at the bottom of the screen to add bookmark
  • Select Add to Home Screen
  • Change the name if you want to and then click Add (top right)
  • You will now have a BADA icon on your home screen

    How do I take advantage of the BADA Code's Ten Day Exchange service?
    All BADA members allow you to exchange products purchased within ten days if they are found to be unsuitable, providing the following criteria are complied with:
  • Goods must be returned in the original packaging
  • Goods must be returned in the original condition, free from defects, marks or any other damage
  • You must have all the original paperwork
  • Goods will be exchanged for an alternative product, refunds will not be given (unless your particular retailer wishes to do so)
  • The exchange scheme only applies to stock items and not any products that have been specially ordered in by the retailer
