BADA welcomes Practical Hi-Fi to the Association
BADA WELCOMES NEW RETAIL MEMBER
BADA, the British Audio Visual Dealers Association, is pleased to announce the addition of six new shops as members to the Association.
Having started in Lancaster over 20 years ago, Practical Hi-Fi has grown to be the premier group of hi-fi shops in the North West of the UK. The addition of these six shops to the roster of BADA members brings the hi-fi buying consumer, in this heavily populated and increasingly prosperous area, the benefits of buying their hi-fi from a BADA retailer. Transferable warranties, product exchange and the security of purchasing from a BADA bonded shop are now available for these customers.
In addition to joining BADA, Practical Hi-Fi have enrolled all their customer facing staff on the BADA Demcraft course to ensure each of their branches provide a uniform standard of high quality product demonstrations for their customers. The training courses for Practical Hi-Fi staff took place in May and June 2006 at the Warrington branch as one of the new wave of Demcraft courses being run in conjunction with BADA’s Associate members.
Ian Anderson, Chairman of BADA, said:
“We warmly welcome Practical Hi-Fi as new members of the Association. BADA now have a retailer in the north west who is able to demonstrate a commitment to quality product knowledge, service and customer satisfaction. We are particularly pleased that Gay Brown, Practical Hi-Fi M.D. has recognised the qualities the Demcraft training course can offer for the benefit of her customers and business.”
