BADA WELCOMES LEADING MANUFACTURERS TO DEMCRAFT TRAINING PROGRAMME

BADA, the British Audio Visual Dealers Association, is pleased to announce that seven of the industry’s most respected manufacturers have agreed to participate in the delivery of the already successful Demcraft training courses.

At a recent “train the trainer’ session, held in Amesbury, representatives from BADA Associate members, Arcam, B&W, Denon, Meridian, Naim and PMC underwent the necessary training to join The Chord Company as authorised Demcraft Trainers.

Demcraft is a one day course designed to equip staff, from hi-fi and home theatre retailers, with the necessary skills to offer prospective customers a quality of demonstration that easily differentiates products through correct setup and attention to detail, making differences easily audible. Recognising that these disciplines will be of benefit to the whole industry, BADA have taken the decision to open the courses to non-members of the Association.

Ian Anderson, Chairman of BADA, said “We are very pleased that the management of the leading manufacturers in the industry have recognised the importance of the Demcraft training programme as a way of raising standards within the retail sector. We warmly welcome them on board, thank them for their commitment and look forward to putting many more candidates through Demcraft for the good of the industry.”

BADA members and non members can obtain further information and book places on the Demcraft course by contacting BADA administration on admin@bada.co.uk or by calling 020 8150 6741
